“To provide an angel of support to those newly diagnosed with breast cancer"

There were many days during my breast cancer treatment that I felt alone. I felt there was no one that understood what I was going through. I continued to stay strong but found many days/night when I was not strong. I learned it was ok not to be strong. I had friends that did not know what to do or say for me. I did have some that sent care packages, cards in the mail and blankets that were handmade and prayed over. The mission of Pink Warrior Angels it to provide resources for cancer survivors as well as their friends, family or co survivors. A cancer survivor completes an application for support during treatments. Support can be anything from a weekly text/phone call, greeting cards of encouragement, chemo blankets, chemo comfort baskets etc. A cancer survivor should never feel alone or isolated.
