Snooty Giggles is a foster based 501(c)(3) rescue group whose mission is to help alleviate pressures on area shelters and their euthanasia rates by pulling at-risk dogs, placing them in foster care and preparing them for adoption. We do not discriminate based on size, age, breed, or physical condition of the dog and we have a passion for senior, special needs, and medical needs and hospice dogs.
