HSHAR is a 501(c)3 organization that goes into kill shelters & saves dogs who whose time is up - dogs that have been neglected, abandoned & abused. We also take in dogs that are being tossed away by their owners before they are surrendered to the shelter.

HSHAR gives every animal the love & medical care they need to recover physically & emotionally so that we may then adopt them into a loving forever home.
