The Israel Palestinian Cooperative for Economic Expansion (IPCEE) is a Connecticut - based 501(c)(3) formed in 2011. IPCEE’s collaborative activities are primarily centered in Israel and between Israel and the Palestinian West Bank. A core IPCEE belief is that fostering sector-specific, cross-border individual and institutional relationships is an effective way to produce mutually beneficial results.
