Fresh Start for Women Inc. (FSFW) founded in 2004 as an answer to the growing problems related to domestic violence, abuse and sexual assault. The program is designed to rebuild the self-esteem of women and encourage wiser life choices. Our referral service to other organizations equipped to aid women through the next step in their journey is an integral part of the Fresh Start program. This leads to women becoming viable contributing members of the community as their self-confidence grows.

FSFW also provides the opportunity for teen girls to explore their own identity as young women, students, daughters and future leaders by facilitating open discussions on peer pressure, abstinence, self-esteem, team building & mentoring activities. The target audiences for our programs are former victims of domestic violence as well as young girls susceptible to violence and peer pressure.

To empower and renew the lives of women through workshops, seminars, retreats, job training, and counseling in order to facilitate the healing process, break the cycle of violence and develop healthy relationships.
