Lifeline Connections is a private non-profit corporation that has been serving the Southwest Washington/Portland, Oregon communities since 1962.
Today, Lifeline Connections provides a broad range of treatment services including non-medical detoxification, inpatient treatment for substance use , outpatient substance use treatment for adults and adolescents, specialty programs of care for pregnant and parenting women, intervention and prevention for adults and adolescents, mental health treatment, integrated treatment for substance use and mental illness, medication management including Suboxone, case management and urinalysis testing.
Our professional staff includes Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Psychiatrists, Masters level Counselors, Chemical Dependency Professionals, and Certified Peer Support Professionals. We have counselors fluent in American Sign Language and Spanish.
