The name Dar a Luz is the Central and South American term meaning to give birth. However, literally translated it means "to come to light"or "to bring light." It is such a lovely term and one that means more than just the birth of a baby.

We are a non-profit birthing center in Albuquerque that serves women throughout their lifecycles for all gynecological care, as well as low-risk women for prenatal, labor, and birthing care. We serve women of any age and will take most insurance, fee-for-service, and offer discounted or free services for those who are unable to pay in full.
