We. Speak. Beagle. Cascade Beagle Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping beagles at risk of euthanasia find loving new homes.
CBR was founded in 2005 to help beagles in need. In 2006, our focus became more inclusive as we started our mission in different areas of the country. Because of our BARC Program (Beagles Across R Country) we are able to help beagles from coast to coast.

We have volunteers and coordinators in many states. Our mission is to take unwanted, neglected, abused, stray, homeless beagles, and beagles used in laboratory research and provide them with emotional, medical, behavioral and physical support so that they can be adopted into loving permanent homes.
