Established in 1983, Intervention Center for Early Childhood has been improving quality of life for at risk and vulnerable children and their families in the Orange County community for more than three decades. ICEC is dedicated to ensuring optimal development of young children with or at risk of delay and to equipping families with tools and resources to assist in their child’s development.
