Because We Can—Because We Care (BWC2) is a working equine rescue and rehabilitation facility / horse sanctuary. All of our horses will have a home for life.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and train horses to be used in our Trust Confidence and Respect Horsemanship (TCR Horsemanship) programs. Our programs benefit children and First Responders, who have special needs from suffering with physical and/or emotional disabilities. We do this Because We Can and Because We Care.

Veterans and first responders will participate in all aspects of our TCR Horsemanship (Trust, Confidence & Respect). Once the horse completes their rehabilitation, they are then used in one of our equine kids programs. As BWC2 grows, it only makes sense to hire our Veterans who have gone through our TCR Horsemanship program.
