Lil' Rascals Refuge Inc. is an all volunteer, foster based, 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, all breed dog rescue based in Thorp, WI.
Since 2013, we have found homes for 243 dogs and counting.
Our mission is to take in Retired Breeder dogs 'Angels', place them in to a foster home that fits their specific needs, provide them with the most exceptional care and find them the best forever homes! 'Because they're worth it'
