Trees Indiana engages youth to become environmental stewards.
Did you know today’s youth spend an average of 53 hours using entertainment media each week? Did you know that many of today’s most disturbing childhood trends like the rise in obesity, depression, and short attention spans are linked to the lack of interaction with nature in today’s youth? Trees Indiana is on a mission to reconnect children with nature by teaching them about trees and how to plant and care for trees in their neighborhood.
Our mission is to inspire and educate Indiana's youth to become stewards who plant, protect, and maintain their community trees
