Mar Vista Family Center was founded in 1977 as a preschool center for low-income families that aimed to engage parents as partners in education for their children. Each year, nearly 1,000 children, teens and adults benefits from MVFC's new facility and programs which operate under three primary areas: Early Childhood Education, Youth and Community.

Mar Vista Family Center (MVFC) provides low-income families with quality early childhood education, youth enrichment, and educational tools to create positive change in their lives and their communities.
