Our mission is to help underprivileged children and families in Latin America and the Caribbean break the cycle of poverty. Our primary focus is education, since it is the long-term key to empowering youth to overcome their current hardships. We also focus on short-term aid to help them meet their basic needs.

We include dignity among the basic needs we aim to fulfill; it is as essential to success and self-sufficiency as water is to survival. The stigma of poverty is often overlooked, but its weight places a great burden on those who bear it.

We embrace a community-based approach. The specific needs of individuals and families are often shared by those around them, and by working to address these needs at the community level we maximize our impact.

Recognizing the humanity in those we work with and building personal connections are at the heart of all we do.

As we work together towards common goals, we truly believe we will succeed in overcoming the many obstacles before us. We work to make this a reality by providing these children and families with the tools, resources and hope they need to realize their full potential.
