Teacher grants support the arts ed program, classes, and activities; Carlin Summer Camp Funds provides summer arts experiences for current students; and annual college scholarships recognize achievement in the performing and visual arts.

NHSAEF provides event hospitality, public relations and promotions to increase community awareness and involvement. In recognition of the achievements of their comprehensive arts education program, NHS was named a 2013 John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts School of Excellence.
